Shillong Sports Association seek assistance for artificial turf

SHILLONG: Shillong Sports Association (SSA) met the Sports and Youth Affairs Minister, Banteidor Lyngdoh seeking assistance for laying artificial turf at First Ground, Polo. Stating that he will take up the matter, Lyngdoh told reporters on Wednesday, “They have approached me for laying out the artificial turf in First ground for holding tournaments,I feel it is important to have an artificial turf” Lyngdoh said.
