SHILLONG: Shillong MP Vincent Pala blamed the MDA government for failing to resolve the coal mining issue.
The NPP had promised to solve the mining impasse within six months but nothing has happened, he said.
He also revealed that the MDA government changed the lawyers dealing with the matter which has also resulted in further delay.
Expressing concern over the recent attack on the activists, Pala said the state government should have shown seriousness to address the issues.
