UDP Feb 9 meeting to discuss polls

MAWKYRWAT: The UDP Mawkyrwat circle will hold a general meeting on February 9 to discuss the council election.
Ranikor MLA Pius Marwein, senior leader Jemino Mawthoh, South West Khasi Hills District president GG Bung Snaitang, general secretary Hapbok Lyngkhoi and Mawkyrwat circle president and council poll candidate Anvil Lyngdoh will be among those attending the meeting at Mawkyrwat Community Hall, said general secretary of UDP Mawkyrwat KD Wanniang.
“All presidents and secretaries of primary units and sub-units, women wing and youth wing under the circle are requested to attend the meeting,” Lyngdoh said, adding that the agenda of the meeting will be presented on that day along with felicitation programme.
