SHILLONG: Pried Nongrum had on February 23 informed that an unknown person had dumped the body of a baby near the toilet of her tenant on February 21 around 5:30pm.
A police case was registered and the body of the infant was sent to NEIGRIHMS for post mortem.
The body is currently lying in the hospital morgue.
Police have urged individuals with any knowledge on the whereabouts of the parents of the victim to contact the officer in charge at Madanriting Police Station by calling 9863066751.
