FIR against illegal lottery house

SHILLONG: The All Garo Hills Archery Association and several valid teer licence holders of Tura region have filed a complaint alleging that lottery tickets by the name Bawil Dawil are being sold illegally in different parts of Tura.
The FIR stated that Bawil Dawil is not recognised under any statutory law of the government.
Earlier, an FIR was filed but no action has been taken, the organisation said and demanded action against gambling.
