SHILLONG: Hours after the Congress accused Centre of receiving donations from Chinese companies in PM-CARES Fund, the Meghalaya Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) has also questioned the linkages between the alleged funding and, what the MPPC says, the submission of our precious territory to Chinese troops.
