Pia Bajpiee opens YouTube channel, assures more videos with time
Actress Pia Bajpiee, who has already garnered a lot of followers on Instagram and other social media
platforms, has now opened up her YouTube channel. The 26-year-old actress, who appears primarily in Hindi and South Indian films, has also uploaded a video where she is seen reciting her self-composed poem. The video has already received positive responses on YouTube. “I had been wanting to open a YouTube channel for a long time but I didn’t get a starting point. When I composed this one poem of mine called Sunna Mat, a lot of people asked me to put it on YouTube. I was trying to find a starting point and this was it. I am so happy that people are liking my poem,” she said. “I will do various kind of content. I will put behind the scenes of my shoot, my workouts, my poems, songs and a lot more. Just like the love that I have got on other social media platforms, I hope I gain the same on YouTube as well. So, fingers crossed,” Pia added.

Disha Patani lip-syncs to viral ‘rasode mein kaun tha’

on social media. Disha took to Instagram where she shared a video and joining her were her two pets Goku and Bella. In the video, Disha is seen lip-syncing the dialogue from the TV show “Saath Nibhaana Saathiya”, which has now been turned into a funny rap number. “#rasodemeinkauntha,” she captioned the video, which currently has 1.3 million views on the photo-sharing website. Earlier this month, a scene from the television show Saath Nibhaana Saathiyaa went viral on social media. In the scene, the show’s character Kokilaben questions her daughter-in-law Gopi for keeping an empty cooker on the gas. Her exact dialogue which went viral was, “Rasode mein kaun tha”. On the work front, Disha was last seen in Malang, which also featured Anil Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapoor and Kunal Khemu. Disha will next be seen in Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai. The action drama starring Salman Khan was supposed to be his Eid release this year, but is delayed owing to the ongoing pandemic. (IANS)

Amazon series Homecoming, is in final negoitiations to star in the thriller American Son, alongside Russell Crowe. The Paramount Pictures project is based on the 2009 critically acclaimed French movie A Prophet, reported Deadline. Andrew ‘Rapman’ Onwubolu, best known for the crime drama Blue Story, is attached to direct from a screenplay by Dennis Lehane. American Son revolves around a man (James), who after falling under the control of a ruthless mobster (Crowe) while in prison, builds a multiracial crime syndicate, takes down his mentor, and earns a place for his crew alongside the Italian and Russian mafias. H Moritz and Toby Jaffe will serve as producers via Original Film. (PTI)

Ben Platt, who played the title part in the stage musical, will reprise the role on screen, and “Unbelievable” star Kaitlyn Dever will essay his love interest, Zoe Murphy. According to Deadline, Pino will star opposite Amy Adams as her character’s husband and the stepfather of Connor and Zoe Murphy.
