Meghalaya reports highest single-day spike in COVID19 cases

SHILLONG: Meghalaya detected 182 COVID-19 positive cases on Saturday ,the highest single-day spike recorded in the state so far.

Informing this Director of Health Services, Dr Aman War said that out of the 182 new cases detected on Saturday, 121 were detected from East Khasi Hills (EKH) which includes  five Armed forces/Para Military forces and 116 others .

Ri- Bhoi district reported 31 new COVID19 cases  including  13 AF/PF and 18 others, North Garo Hills reported two, East Garo Hills 15, West Khadi Hills one, West Garo Hills 12.
