Condolence
The Shillong Socio-cultural Assamese Students’ Association has condoled the demise of noted musicians, Rana Kharkongor and Waroh Pde. In a statement, the Association said that Kharkongor and Pde were great musicians in Khasi music industry. “They will always remain in everyone’s hearts through their masterpieces,” the Association said. The Hynniewtrep National People’s Front (HNPF), in a separate statement, also condoled the demise of Kharkongor.
