Call to repair M’laya-Assam link road

TURA, Feb 28: The All Meghalaya Assam Border Vigilance Committee (AMABVC) from Damra in North Garo Hills has sought the repair of the 37-kilometre stretch of NEC Road from Damra in Assam and Bajengdoba in North Garo Hills, Meghalaya.
In their representation to the North Garo Hills Deputy Commissioner, the committee informed that the said road is riddled with potholes and other damages which are inconveniencing both locals and people from outside who commute regularly on the road.
