SHILLONG, July 3: Highland Post cartoonist D Henpilen passed away on Sunday after a period of illness. He was 42.
Henpilen has significantly contributed in highlighting the traditional way of life of the tribals in Meghalaya through his reports in the national circuit and also through his sketches and paintings.
