NONGSTOIN, Aug 24: The Nongstoin unit of Hill State People Democratic Party (HSPDP), which was reportedly afflicted with misunderstanding among party leaders, has been dissolved.
It may be mentioned that the Central Executive Committee of HSPDP had recently constituted a sub-committee to examine the matter.
Donbok Thabah, leader of HSPDP Nongstoin, claimed that there is confusion among the leaders of the party.
He also said that the majority of the HSPDP supporters did not want the Central Executive Committee to interfere in the matters relating to the ticket allotment in Nongstoin and instead suggested that the decision should be left with the members of the primary units.
