Three-day Winter Tales from Dec 19

SHILLONG, Dec 9: The state government has announced the third edition of Winter Tales from December 19 to 21 at Ward’s Lake.
According to a statement, the three-day event is being implemented by The Meghalayan Age Limited and curated by Dakti Craft.
“Winter Tales is an artisanal event focused on providing a platform to the entrepreneurs and the arts & crafts communities of the state so they can showcase their talents, whether it be in art, craft, food or music. Importance is placed on sustainability and the goal is to make it a zero-waste initiative,” the statement said.
It may be mentioned that tickets for the event can be procured from www.wintertales.in. “Entry will be free for children below 10 years,” the statement said.
