SHILLONG, Dec 28: Weilyngkut and Sohiong Area won the 1st Sohiong Constituency Knockout Football Tournaments 2022 held at Marpna football ground, Sohiong, on Wednesday. Weilyngkut defeated Krang area by 2-0 in the final of the above 35 years category while Sohiong defeated Diengiei by the same margin in the below 35 years category. Former MLA HDR Lyngdoh and his nephew Synsharlang Lyngdoh distributed the prizes and trophies to the two winning teams.
