The Office of the District Tuberculosis Officer, Jaintia Hills, on Friday distributed food baskets to the TB patients who are undergoing treatment. According to a statement, the food baskets were donated by Star Cement Limited under its Corporate Social Responsibility Project. “The food baskets will be given for 6 months so that the patients can maintain their nutritional balanced diet,” the statement said.
