Theft
Samir Akter lodged a complaint that unknown miscreant(s) stole his motorcycle (ML-08H-9110) from Patranga, West Garo Hills.
James Maiong, Headman of Umshangling village, Ri-Bhoi, lodged a complaint that on April 30 around 11 am, unknown miscreant(s), in one auto-rickshaw (ML-10C-3506), stole several machinery parts from the dumping yard at the village.
Jeblun Sangma lodged a complaint that on April 25 between 2 am and 3 am, unknown miscreant(s) stole his laptop from his residence at VCF, Sandapara, Dalu, WGH.

Smuggling bid
On April 28, one motorcycle (AS-01BR-7341) was found abandoned at Amsku village, Dawki (WJH). Later, it transpired that 2-3 unknown miscreants were reportedly attempting to smuggle the above-mentioned motorcycle to Bangladesh. However, on seeing the BSF personnel on duty, the unknown miscreants fled the scene, leaving behind the motorcycle.
