Differently-abled children, orphans receive assistance

JOWAI, July 24: Three months’ school fees besides food items were on Monday donated to benefit orphans and differently-abled children from Priang village in West Jaintia Hills by Orphan Children Foundation (OCF) Jaintia Hills headed by its founder chairman L Dkhar.
At a gathering in the village, which was also attended by the Waheh Chnong of Priang, K Chullet, the Dkhar asked the children to be diligent and strive for a bright future notwithstanding their special condition. Assistance was also passed on to Iooksi Umdienglin village.
