ANTF seizes heroin worth Rs 6 cr in EKH

SHILLONG, Sep 2: Heroin worth Rs 6 crore was seized and four inter-state drug traffickers including a woman were arrested from Demthring by the anti-narcotic task force (ANTF) of East Khasi Hills, on Saturday.
The seizure includes 55 boxes of heroin weighing around 638.5 gms, two mobile phones, one vehicle bearing registration number AS 14 AC 0984, EPIC card, Aadhar card.
It was informed that a case has been registered under appropriate sections of law.
