Meeting
The 28th Annual Conference of North Eastern Diabetes Society will be held from Thursday till Saturday at Pinewood Hotel, State Convention Hall, Shillong. The North Eastern Diabetes Society comprises eminent physicians from Northeast in the field of Diabetes. The conference will deliberate over the epidemic right from the causes of diabetes, types of diabetes, treatment modalities and its dreaded complications. A special session on Insulin workshop along with NEDS Diabetes module, designed for PGs, Physicians and Nursing teaching faculties of different nursing schools and colleges of Shillong will be held on Thursday. Quiz, free papers, poster presentations are the other highlights.
