Groups condemn triple homicide

TURA, April 23: Combined organisations from Rongjeng in East Garo Hills have expressed solidarity with the families of the three murder victims from Assam, whose bodies were recently recovered by East Garo Hills police from a forest area at Rongmil village.
The organisations including the GSU, FKJGP, ASWA, AOSW, AAYF, NGCO, APA and others, in a meeting on Monday, unanimously condemned the triple murder, while also expressing solidarity with the families of the victims. The organisations have also urged people from Meghalaya and Assam not to post sensitive comments on social media and maintain peace and harmony among the two sides.
