Sunburn Festival to make Shillong debut on May 11

SHILLONG, April 1: Sunburn, Asia’s premier electronic dance music festival, is set to make its debut in Shillong with the launch of its latest venture, Sunburn Summer Fest.
This brand-new experience will premiere in the Meghalaya capital on May 10 before heading to Bengaluru on May 11.
Sunburn Summer Fest is expected to bring together an eclectic line-up of international electronic artists and homegrown talent, set against the picturesque backdrop of the city’s rolling hills.
“Sunburn has always been about crafting unforgettable music experiences, and we’re excited to introduce Summer Fest,” said Karan Singh, CEO of Sunburn.
“By launching in Shillong and Bengaluru, we’re blending music, culture and summer vibes in two incredible cities,” Singh added.
Beyond the music, attendees can expect immersive stage designs, vibrant art installations and interactive summer-themed attractions. Tickets, starting at Rs 1,200, are available through BookMyShow.
Ranked 11th on DJ Mag’s ‘Top 100 Festivals in 2024’, Sunburn has a legacy of bringing global EDM giants like Martin Garrix, Tiësto and Swedish House Mafia to Indian shores.
