TURA, June 10: Personnel belonging to the Border Wing Battalion, SDRF Unit under the Meghalaya Home Guard and Civil Defense Department have lamented the constant delay in the release of their salaries.
A release issued in this regard on Wednesday informed that while other units usually receive their salaries in time, the salaries of the Border Wing Battalion often get delayed.
Pointing out that they are facing difficulties due to the constant delay in the release of their salaries, the agreived personnel have urged concerned authorities to look into the matter.
