SHILLONG: MeECL Director (Generation) Elias Lyngdoh on Friday claimed that the Myntdu-Leshka power project has reached full generation capacity of 126 MW from all the three units due to the improvement on account of the Mahasen cyclone.

Lyngdoh said the generation from Leshka had increased from 10 MW per day in April to 50 MW in May due to heavy rainfall this month.
