MPCC condoles Uttarakhand tragedy

 SHILLONG: The Meghalaya Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) led by its president, DD Lapang, expressed profound grief and sorrow on the calamity caused by incessant rains and flood that recently occurred in Uttarakhand, where hundreds of precious lives were lost and tens of thousands displaced.

In a letter addressed to the Uttarakhand PCC President, Yashpal Arya, Lapang expressed his heartfelt sympathies and conveyed his deepest condolences to the members of the bereaved families and also prayed to the Almighty to grant them courage and solace to bear this irreparable loss.
