75 vehicles compounded

 JOWAI: Jowai Traffic Police has compounded over 75 vehicles including Local taxis, tourist vehicles, two wheelers besides other and has collected more than Rs. 55,000 for traffic rules violated by them besides driving without license and invalid documents.

The Superintendent of Police informed that the traffic police has been instructed to conduct vehicle checking and take legal procedure against vehicle owners who violated traffic rules and plying without proper documents besides driving without driving license.

“We have given them warning and now we are in to action”, the Traffic In charge KM Pohshna said. He also informed that checking will also be conducted against private car.
