Misappropriation
Sandeep Jain, owner of Koksi Kiran Seva Kendra IOC Depot, Resubelpara (NGH) lodged a complaint at Mendipathar PS that one Radha Swamy, manager of the depot had misappropriated the sale proceeds since 2012 and is absconding.
Body found
On July 4 at around 7.30am, one Bhik Bh. Biswa (49) was found dead at MIDC Complex, Umiam (RB) with suspicious injuries on his body. The cadaver was sent to Civil Hospital, Nongpoh for post mortem
Wife assaults husband
On July 4 at about 11pm, one Binas Nongsiej (40) was assaulted by his wife at their residence at Lumsohkynphor, Golf Link, Shillong. As a result, he sustained injuries and was removed to Civil Hospital, Shillong.
Accidents
lOn July 4 at around 3 pm, one truck driven by one M. Chandra Shekhar (28) collided with one Tata Indica driven by one Noah Muksor (45) at Puriang under Mawryngkneng police station (EKH). As a result, the driver and one occupant in the Indica sustained injuries and were removed to Woodland Hospital, Shillong.
lOn July 3 at around 2.15pm, one Maruti car driven by Evoris Passi (47) and one mini truck clashed at Laitkor (EKH). As a result, the driver and one female occupant in the Maruti sustained injuries and were moved to Nazareth Hospital, Shillong
lOn July 3, one motorcycle without a registration number, driven by one Ethan Marak knocked down one minor girl, Masura Khatun (6) at Khasaripara under Hallydayganj outpost (WGH). The victim sustained injuries and was taken to Jeldupara PHC and later shifted to Goalpara for treatment.
Injured
On July 3 at around 10.30am, one Md. Abdul Khan (38) from Bihar was found lying with injuries at Bholaganj Bazar (EKH). He was removed to the Community Health Centre, Ichamati and later referred to Civil Hospital, Shillong for further treatment.

lOn July 3 evening, unidentified miscreants assaulted one Ananta Boro (17) at Ichamati under Shella PS (EKH). The victim sustained injuries and was moved to Civil Hospital, Shillong.
lOn July 3 night, unidentified miscreants assaulted one Joy Kharkongor (45) at Motphran, Shillong. The victim sustained injuries and was moved to KJP Hospital, Shillong.
Theft
On July 3 night, unknown miscreants broke into the house of one Monica Borah at Babupara, Tura (WGH) and stole household articles valued around Rs 2,000.
