MLCU advance Christmas celebration

SHILLONG: The Martin Luther Christian University (MLCU) organised an Advance Christmas Celebration at the university premises on Saturday.
Rev Lumlang Ryntathiang delivered a sermon on the occasion.
He reminded all that Christmas is not just about the “worldly celebration but the message of love and peace delivered by Christ the Saviour”.
The event also witnessed performances of Christmas songs by the students and faculty of the different departments of the University.
MLCU Vice Chancellor, RG Lyngdoh, the faculty members, staff and students of the University among others were present on the occasion.
Lyngdoh too echoed the message of Rev. Ryntathiang, stating that peace and love and the Word of God is a must “not just in our own lives but all over the world”.
