IMD predicts heavy rainfall in Meghalaya from July 19

GUWAHATI: The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted heavy rainfall over Meghalaya and Assam from July 19-21. Extremely heavy rainfall is likely to occur over sub-Himalayan Assam, Meghalaya, West Bengal and Sikkim during July 19- 21  and over Arunachal Pradesh during July 19 -20, the IMD stated.
