SHILLONG: With detection of 57 new cases and recovery of 19 more patients, the number f actuve COVID cases in Meghalaya now stands at 963 including 599 cases in East Khasi Hills district, 21 in West Garo Hills distrct and 92 in Ri Bhoi district.
So far, 749 persons have recovered from the disease in the state.
