TURA, Nov 28: Tura MP, Agatha Sangma chaired the meeting of the district development coordination and monitoring committee (DISHA) in Baghmara, South Garo Hills, on Tuesday.
Agatha expressed her gratitude towards the district heads of various line departments for having a successful meeting and said that whatever discussion has taken place would be put forward towards the concerned authority for all the necessary improvements and needful action.She further added that she has taken a note on whatever changes she can bring at her level.
South Garo Hills Deputy Commissioner S Awasthi, expressed his appreciations towards the MP for holding the DISHA meeting and said that it gave an opportunity for the district to improve upon various service delivery and to take note of various gaps and limitations in implementing the schemes and projects.
