The Department of Arts and Culture will observe the 84th death anniversary of U Soso Tham in a programme to be held at U Soso Tham Auditorium, Shillong, at 12 pm. State Literary Awardees will also be felicitated at the programme. Governor CH Vijayashankar will be the chief guest of the occasion, while Arts and Culture Minister Paul Lyngdoh will be the guest of honour.
